Nursery

Nursery Program 

This year we have a Nursery program for children ages 1-4 on Saturday July 26th. This program will run concurrently with the Adult/Teen/and Children's program during the day on Saturday, and is included in the conference registration fee. Children will be in classrooms based upon their ages, and each classroom will have one Adult Monitor with several aides assisting.

The Adult venues each have projection screens set-up so that, if necessary, parents can be "electronically" paged and requested to attend to their child(ren). Each room monitor will be in constant contact with each of the adult venues, so that communication will be direct and immediate.

The monitor and aides are not allowed to change diapers, so if the need arises, parents will be paged on the electronic paging system.

Optional Childcare Choices

On Friday evening, July 25th and Sunday morning, July 27th, we will offer optional chilcare for children ages 1-4. The Friday evening and Sunday morning options are not included in the registration fee, and are offered for a free-will donation. Sign up for these options will be available at registration check-in. Space is limited to a first-come, first-serve basis
